Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this shop?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this shop. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.

Can I pay with Dankort from this shop?

No, Sorry the online shop does not support the Danish Dankort. But since most Danes have the VISA/Dankort - you can use this card.

What forms of payment do the shop accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.

How secure is this shop?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).  

How do I use my discount code?

If you've received a discount code, you will be prompted to enter it in AFTER you go through PayPal and BEFORE you finalize the amount paid. 

The discount will be applied to the original purchase amount, which does not include taxes and shipping. Tax is calculated on the price AFTER the code is applied. Shipping is also added to the amount, and unfortunately must be paid.

You can unfortunately only use 1 discount code at the time.

How do I use my Gift Card discount code?

The Gift Card discount codes works in the same way as discount codes.
If your gift certificate discount code amount is LOWER than your purchase amount, you will be required to pay the balance (as well as the tax only on that balance).

If your gift certificate discount code amount is HIGHER than your purchase amount. Please contact the studio hello@dittemaigaard.com and we will issue another discount code for you to use at another time.
